It’s the little thing with big changes

Subaru updated its 2018 Legacy, the Subaru 2018 does little changes to both exterior and interior appearance improvements in refinement, added technology and safety content. The legacy has Apple car Play and Android Auto as standard features but this is Subaru’s one of the best character.

The model line-up remains the same

The 2.5i packs a 175 hp 2.5-litre Legacy petrol engine which is a four-cylinder boxer, while the 3.6 R has a 256 hp 3.6 litre flat six, variable transmission with a manual mode and paddle shifter, through virtual gears remains the only transmission option.

The engine has a computer brain to provide quicker and smoother stifle response. Of course, wheel drives with torque vectoring is standard on all legacy. The 2.5i is available to a base, premium, sport and Limited trims, while the 3.6 R comes as the top limited only.

The front of the legacy has been slightly tweaked to give a sportier appearance. The new face is wider and lower intake and the hexagonal grill is broader. The 2018 model year also sees restyle and new awesome colour (magnetite grey metallic and crimson red pearl).

Retuned and reduced

The saloon and Hatchback introduced with all new platform and a new architecture for 2018, the legacy has the same but just refined. The Subaru has returned deferral that Subaru legacy claims both ride harshness and body roll.

Subaru has also improved voice recognition controls thanks to two microphone in the cabin.

A redesigned central console surrounds the multimedia system steering wheel also new. Upper trims level offers to offer real stitching on the dash, seats and door panels as well as high gloss black trim levels and silver coloured bezels. A third interior colour choice, grey joins black and ivory.
