Hyundai Helped a 13-Year-Old Girl Send a Giant Tyre Track Message to Her Astronaut Dad
Hyundai now holds the Guinness World Record for the ‘largest tyre track image’. This was done for 13-year-old Stephanie of Houston, Texas.
She wanted to send a message to her father, we reckon it could be Col. Terry Virts, who’s currently on the ISS and has a daughter of the same name on the International Space Station.
Hyundai decided to lend a hand, and as a car company, the obvious method of delivery would be a massive message written with tyre tracks.
Delamar Dry Lake in Nevada was chosen as the place to do it, and 11 Hyundai Genesis saloons driving in formation wrote out the message. To be visible to those onboard the ISS, the message had to be huge. In fact, at 2.14 square miles it is pretty huge. Truly Impressive.
